These whole-wheat garlic cheddar biscuits are so good and so easy to make!

Whole-wheat Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
Ingredients:
2
cups whole-wheat flour
4
tsp. baking powder
½
tsp. salt
½
tsp. garlic powder
4
tbsp. cold butter
3/4
cup grated cheese
1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Preheat
oven to 450º.
2. Whisk
together flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder in a large bowl.
3. Cut
in butter with a pastry cutter, or a fork if you don’t have one.
4. Stir
in cheese.
5. Pour
in milk and mix until just incorporated. Do not over mix or you will end up
with hard biscuits.
6. Turn
out onto floured surface; knead dough with hands.
7. Flatten
dough to about ¾ inch thick with your hands.
8. Use
a cookie cutter, biscuit cutter, or upside down glass to cut out desired biscuit
size.
9. Place
on cookie sheet, bake for 10-15 minutes. Biscuits will be lightly browned.
